I truly don't know what I don't know, but by remaining teachable and curious about the experiences of others, I can help more people while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

 

For many people, college is either a dream come true or a step toward an even greater dream. I love this work because I get to help people pursue their goals and get one step closer to achieving their dreams. -Erin

What are your ‘living on campus’ credentials?

I worked at a sports boarding school in residential life then I moved to higher education at Cleveland State University. I enjoy working with both traditional students and student-athletes.

 

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is:

"If you always do what you've always done, You'll always get what you've always got."
