I do this work to impact students in a unique way that I hope sticks with them as they navigate their college experiences. Accountability oftentimes is a difficult conversation but when it is curated to develop a student who makes a bad decision it enables the impact to be felt and enable them to get back on the track towards success in and out of the classroom.

The traditionally historic Residential Halls often have a deeper more connected community that allows you to meet people and feel a deeper appreciation for what it offers through the people you get to meet, hang out with, and enjoy your college experience(s) alongside." -Xavi

Serving in a role at an institution with an emphasis in Student Leadership enabling students to become effective and impactful leaders on campus and in their communities!

My favorite spot on campus

The tables behind Evangeline Hall! It's a quiet place for lunch or a study spot outside and offers an opportunity for a good afternoon reset with the trees and wildlife in the area!

Advice I don't leave home without

This provides a deeper appreciation for the impact that we have on students within our roles rather than simply evaluating the amount of meetings we hold or how many folks attend an event.
